Job Description: As the Dry-Cleaning Manager at Executive Cleaners, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dry-cleaning department. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and leading a team of dry-cleaning staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensuring quality control by inspecting and approving garments and textiles before they are returned to customers.
- Managing inventory, including ordering cleaning supplies, detergents, and replacement parts for machines.
- Overseeing the maintenance and repair of dry-cleaning equipment.
- Adhering to strict safety and environmental guidelines and regulations.
- Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implementing efficient processes to optimize workflow and reduce turnaround times.
- Monitoring and managing the department’s budget, expenses, and revenue.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dry cleaning operations and management is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of dry-cleaning machines, equipment, and cleaning processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.

Garment Finisher,
We have an immediate opening to a fun and friendly work environment, for a reliable individual with a positive attitude. Our Dry-Cleaning Pressers are responsible for finishing dry cleaned or laundered garments in a timely manner, according to established quality standards. This position requires the operation of Pneumatic pressing machines to remove wrinkles from garments and other textiles. The hours are Monday-Friday from 7 am until work is completed. Training will be provided.
Job Duties
- Learn and follow safe and correct operating procedures of pressing machines
- Use appropriate finishing techniques for different garments and fabrics
- Identify garments that require additional cleaning, spotting or repair before pressing
- Meet production goals while following safety procedures and guidelines
- Maintain quality standards
- Keep work area clean, tidy and organized
- Other duties, as assigned
Requirements
- Exceptionally regular and reliable attendance
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist in other areas when needed
- Experience as a presser a plus, but not required
